At Complete Design Inc., Architecture is both an art and a discipline. We design residential and commercial buildings that balance creativity, function, and constructability, resulting in spaces that are thoughtful, timeless, and purposeful, while following standards.
Our work draws inspiration from specific periods, places, and cultures to reflect each client’s distinctive personality, lifestyle, or brand. By carefully considering context, materials, light, and proportion, we create architecture that feels authentic, enhances everyday experience, and endures over time.

Pre-Design Services
- Pre-Design process establishes a shared project vision, promoting collaboration, critical thinking and decision making. It allows the Owner and Architect to explore options prior to beginning the intensive design process. The benefit of which is a more defined project scope that helps a project proceed with fluidity and efficiency.
- Feasibility Studies allow us to evaluate numerous aspects of the project site or building and can include identification of technical challenges, time commitments/capacities and market or financial constraints • Geotechnical and Structural Studies • Traffic Studies
- Site Analysis/Evaluation
- Existing Building Documentation
- Project Programming – is a systematic process of decision making and discovery to identify a clear definition of the scope of work to be designed.
- Conceptual Studies – big picture and conceptual thinking to explore opportunities that impact the size, shape, orientation and budget of a project.
- Project Schedule Planning
- Project Budget Planning
- Code & Zoning Assessments & Compliance Analysis
Master Planning
- A long-range comprehensive plan used to identify and define a vision for the project by establishing specific development goals, land use strategies, and design parameters to be followed throughout the entire project process.
- Complete Design has a strong and diverse collaborative team of consulting engineers, designers and technical consultants from our region to assist all our clients Master Planning needs.
Renovation & Addition Services
- Careful assessment of the existing structure and surrounding land characteristics, maximizing the potential impact of the scope for modern updates, efficiency upgrades and better use of space
Design Development
Requires research and investigation into what materials and equipment will be used as well as their cost. During this phase, the drawings are refined with information from structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineers. It also involves a more rigorous evaluation how the applicable building codes will impact the project.
Design Presentation
Our Design Presentation phase transforms architectural ideas into compelling visual and tangible formats, helping clients fully grasp how the project will look and feel before construction starts. We refine schematic designs with precise visuals and samples to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the design intent, materials, and finishes.
- 3D renderings & perspective views – realistic visualizations to show form, light, and space
- Material & finish boards – curated samples to explore texture, color, and quality
- Annotated plans & diagrams – clear illustrations of layout, structure, and flow
